1. Start The Conversation

We’ll have a no obligation conversation with you to find out more about you, your wedding and any questions you may have. We’ll send over a wedding proposal with your bespoke quote and a summary of our services. Wish to work with us? We’ll start the journey with a signed contract and booking fee payment.
2. Plan Your Wedding & Keep In Touch

Continue your wedding planning journey with a knowing that you will handover to capable hands. We will keep in touch via a Whatsapp group chat where we will offer some planning advice along the way.
3. Pre-handover

12 weeks to ‘I do’, you will gain access to your personalised wedding planning portal which you can use to keep tabs on to do lists, wedding vendors booked, budgeting, RSVP management and other bits of wedmin!
4. Handover

From 8 weeks out, we take the lead, becoming the main point of contact for your venue and vendors. We finalise your timeline, confirm all the logistics, and handle any remaining details. This is the moment we step in fully, so you can step back and enjoy the countdown to your day with total peace of mind.
5. We Serve You, You Say 'I Do'

Your wedding day arrives and you can trust that every detail is in place. From early setup to the final carriage, our team is on-site, managing the flow, supporting your vendors, and ensuring everything runs to perfection.
